Cancellation Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Mustafa Yesilyayla, trading as “WallpackAI”, Kurt-Schumacher-Straße 76, 67663 Kaiserslautern, Germany, email service@wallpackai.com) of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement (e.g. a letter or email). You can also use the withdrawal function below (“Withdraw from contract here”) or the model withdrawal form at the end of this page; neither is obligatory.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your withdrawal. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction; you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

For paid subscriptions you expressly consent at checkout that performance begins immediately. Your right of withdrawal lapses as soon as you begin using the service by spending your first credit (preview, export, or mockup), in accordance with § 356(5) BGB (German Civil Code). As long as you have not used any credits, you can withdraw within the 14-day period and receive a full refund — directly in your billing settings.
