Last updated: 9 June 2026. These terms govern the use of the WallpackAI service (wallpackai.com).
The provider is Mustafa Yesilyayla (trading as “WallpackAI”), Kurt-Schumacher-Straße 76, 67663 Kaiserslautern (see Imprint). These terms apply to the use of the service and the associated application. Conflicting terms of the user apply only with the provider’s express consent.
WallpackAI helps sellers create print-ready wall art packs for Etsy using AI-assisted generation – including preview images, ratio-accurate print files, mockups, listing copy, and buyer notes. The specific features follow from the application as currently provided. No particular commercial outcome (e.g. sales) is owed.
Certain features require an account. You are obliged to provide truthful information, to keep your credentials secret, and to protect your account against unauthorized access. Sign-in is via email/password or Google; verification of your email address may be required.
Previews, exports, and mockups are billed via credits. The free plan includes a one-time allowance of 15 preview credits; paid plans (Starter, Studio, Batch) provide credits on a monthly basis. The prices and scope of services in effect at any given time follow from the pricing overview. The provider is a small business within the meaning of § 19 UStG (German VAT Act); accordingly, no VAT is shown.
Payment is processed via the payment service provider Stripe. Paid plans – where offered as a subscription – are charged on a recurring basis in advance for the respective billing period and renew accordingly until cancelled. Management and cancellation are possible via the customer portal or your account settings.
Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for paid subscriptions. The full details and the model withdrawal form are set out in our cancellation policy. For digital content, you consent at checkout that performance begins immediately, and the right of withdrawal lapses once you spend your first credit (§ 356(5) BGB, German Civil Code). As long as you have not used any credits, you can withdraw within 14 days and receive a full refund directly in your billing settings.
You receive the rights to the output files you generate that are necessary for the intended use – including resale as digital downloads. You are yourself responsible for complying with marketplace-specific requirements, in particular the labelling of AI-assisted content (e.g. on Etsy).
You may not use the service for unlawful, infringing, or prohibited content. The presets are designed to avoid living artists, protected characters, celebrities, brands, and logos; however, responsibility for the specific creation, listing, and distribution of the files remains with you.
The service is provided with reasonable care. AI results may vary in quality and suitability; they are provided “as is”. There is no claim to uninterrupted availability.
The provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as under the German Product Liability Act and for injury to life, body, or health. In the case of slight negligence, the provider is liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Liability is otherwise excluded.
Subscriptions run for the chosen billing period and can be cancelled with effect from the end of that period. You can delete your account and the associated data at any time in your account settings.
The provider may amend these terms with effect for the future where this is necessary and does not unreasonably disadvantage the user. Material changes will be communicated in an appropriate manner.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer’s country of residence remain unaffected. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG, German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act).
